Abstract:
A mining dump truck with electric wheels, and a traction electric motor thereof. The traction electric motor comprises an end cover (1), a bearing (2) and an insulating bearing sleeve (3), wherein the insulating bearing sleeve (3) is fixedly arranged between the end cover (1) and the bearing (2). The end cover (1) and the bearing (2) are isolated from each other by means of the insulating bearing sleeve (3), thereby preventing the bearing (2) from generating a shaft current. Compared with a bearing made of an insulating material, in the structure, the insulating bearing sleeve (3) is additionally provided, such that the standard bearing (2) can be prevented from generating the shaft current, and the material of the bearing (2) itself does not need to be changed, thereby facilitating the reduction in the cost of the traction motor. The mining dump truck with electric wheels comprises the traction electric motor. The cost of the whole truck is reduced along with the reduction in the cost of the traction electric motor.
