Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a mint polyurethane foam insole having cooling and antipruritic effects, a manufacturing method therefor, and the use thereof. Raw materials for manufacturing the mint polyurethane foam insole comprise, in specific parts, a polymer polyol, a diisocyanate, a foaming agent, activated carbon, a chain extender, mint oil and mint powder. The mint oil, the mint powder and the activated carbon are matched and added into the raw materials for manufacturing said mint polyurethane foam insole so as to achieve a synergistic effect, such that the finally manufactured mint polyurethane foam insole has long-lasting and excellent cooling and antipruritic effects, has great breathability and comfort for wearing and further achieves the effects of absorbing odors and damps, removing peculiar smells, preventing mildews and being antibacterial, thereby achieving an important value in researching.
