Abstract:
The present invention provides novel methods for diagnosing colorectal cancer in a subject or for assessing a colorectal cancer patient's likelihood of mortality from the disease by analyzing the quantity of selected miRNA species. Kits, compositions, and devices useful for these methods are also provided.
