Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of grinding oil, and in particular to mirror discharge machining oil and a preparation method therefor. The mirror discharge machining oil comprises the following components: n-alkanes, isoalkanes, sorbitan oleate, and benzotriazole. The preparation method for the mirror discharge machining oil comprises the following steps: S1, putting n-alkanes into a container, and stirring to be uniform and transparent; S2, putting sorbitan oleate and benzotriazole into the container, and stirring to be uniform and transparent; and S3, putting isoalkanes into the container, and stirring to be uniform and transparent. The mirror discharge machining oil provided by the present invention can meet the basic requirements of mirror surface products during electric discharge machining; moreover, the machining oil is colorless, odorless, not prone to oxidization, and long in service life, and has excellent corrosion and rust resistance to nonferrous metals and ferrous metals, thereby ensuring the machining precision.
