Abstract:
A mitigation device (5), comprising: a ratchet (51), a pawl (52) which cooperates with the ratchet (51), and a mitigation mechanism which is connected to the pawl (52) so as to control the positional relationship between the pawl (52) and the ratchet (51); and the mitigation mechanism comprises a first rotating piece (53), a first shaft (54) and a first cam (55). In the mitigation device, the first cam (55) drives the linear movement of the first shaft (54) so as to achieve the switching of the state of the mitigation device, the first shaft (54) is subject to a pulling force effect of the first cam (55), the first rotating piece (53) is subject to torque transmitted by the first shaft (54), and the stress of the first rotating piece (53) is stable and singular.
