Abstract:
The present invention is a mixed composition of: an organic silicon compound (A) having a fluoropolyether structure; an organic silicon compound (C) having an amino group or an amine skeleton; a fluorine-based solvent (D1); and a non-fluorine-based solvent (D2). It is preferable for the mass ratio of the fluorine-based solvent (D1) with respect to the non-fluorine based solvent (D2) to be 1 mass% or more, and for the mass ratio of the organic silicon compound (C) with respect to the 100 mass% of the mixed composition to be 0.01 to 1 mass%, inclusive.
