A mixed composition of (A) an organosilicon compound wherein at least one trialkylsilyl group-containing molecular chain and at least one hydrolyzable group are bonded to a silicon atom, (B) a metal compound, (C) an acid and (D) water, wherein the molar ratio of the acid (C) to the water (D), namely (C)/(D) is from 0.002 to 0.15.
