Abstract:

A mixed fiber web, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The method comprises: forming a first fiber web layer on an output web curtain (14) by using stripped short fibers by means of an air laying method, wherein a suction device used in the air laying method generates a suction airflow for attaching the first fiber web layer onto the output web curtain (14); continuously spraying nanofibers by means of a solution jet spinning method, wherein the nanofibers move towards the first fiber web layer under the combined action of the airflow of the solution jet spinning method and the suction airflow, motion paths of part of the suction airflow and part of the nanofibers are changed by means of a flow guiding plate (12), so as to adjust the size of a deposition area of the nanofibers on the first fiber web layer, and the portion of the first fiber web layer where the deposited nanofibers are obtained forms a second fiber web layer; and subjecting a fiber web, in which the first fiber web layer and the second fiber web layer are compounded, to a lamination treatment by using a compression roller (15), so as to continuously obtain a mixed fiber web. The fiber web prepared by using the method has both a relatively good filtering performance and relatively good strength, and has an adjustable gram weight and a relatively good fluffy feeling.
