Abstract:
Disclosed are a mixed flow fan and a motor. The mixed flow fan comprises an impeller hub (1), blades (2), a wheel cover (3) and a wheel disc (5). The wheel disc (5) is assembled outside the impeller hub (1). The surface of the wheel disc (5) is beveled. The blades (2) are uniformly fixed between the wheel disc (5) and the wheel cover (3). The motor comprises a base (8), a rotor structure (9), a rotor axial vent (6), and a rotating shaft (10). The mixed flow fan is installed at the end of the rotating shaft (10). The new mixed flow fan structure is tested and verified on a certain type of motor product of the company. The test results and the motor ventilation and heat dissipation effect are obvious, the air volume of the mixed flow fan increases 60% compared to a general axis fan, the temperature of 4.XMW motor rises about 67 K, and therefore, the mixed flow fan and the motor are especially suitable for low-speed (1200 r/min) and high-power air-to-air cold wind driven generators.
