This parking system comprises a plurality of parking spaces (20), a passenger boarding room (22), and a lift device (24). The parking spaces (20) are, for example, a small-sized parking space (20A) and a large-sized parking space (20B), and are partitioned in the vertical direction by a frame floor for both small pallets (2A) and large pallets (2B). The passenger boarding room (22) is provided above the parking spaces (20), and a floor surface (22a) of said room has a floor surface opening (23) larger than the large pallets (2B). The lift device (24) raises and lowers the pallets (2) between the parking spaces and the passenger boarding room. Furthermore, the passenger boarding room (22) has a movable floor (30) that minimizes the gaps between the inner edges of the floor surface opening (23) and the outer edges of the pallets (2).
