Abstract:
In the present invention, an unbalanced/balanced converter circuit converts the high-frequency signal of a single phase to a differential signal. A differential matching circuit outputs the greatest level of positive phase output signal at a frequency lower or higher than a central frequency, and outputs the greatest level of negative phase output signal at a frequency higher or lower than the central frequency. An amplification circuit amplifies the positive phase output signal and the negative phase output signal of the differential matching circuit. A mixing circuit uses a local generated signal and the positive phase output signal and negative phase output signal output by the amplification circuit to convert the positive phase output signal and negative phase output signal output by the amplification circuit to an intermediate frequency signal.
