Abstract:
There is provided a mixer control device capable of obtaining products of uniform quality without requiring an experienced worker. The mixer control device includes: a sensor unit (3) for acquiring environment data containing at least the raw material temperature, the room temperature, the product temperature, and progression data; environment data acquisition means (13) for acquiring the environment data from the sensor unit and holding it; correction data (12) for correcting the charge water temperature according to the acquired environment data; charge condition setting means (15) for setting the charge condition including at least the mixing time of the mixer device and the product charge water temperature according to the raw material charge amount based on the correction data; and mixer control means (16) for controlling the mixer device according to the charge condition.
