Abstract:
A mixer (1) according to the present invention is provided with first and fourth switch transistors (M1, M4), of a first conductivity type, that are connected between first and second input terminals (MIXINP, MIXINN) and first and second output terminals (MIXOUTP, MIXOUTN), and second and third switch transistors (M2, M3) of a second conductivity type in which the switch polarity is the reverse of that of the first conductivity type. A common local oscillator (LO) signal is applied to the gate terminals of the first to fourth switch transistors (M1 to M4).
