Abstract:
Disclosed is a mixer effective supply voltage calculation method, comprising: acquiring sample data of a sample mixer to create a sample database; obtaining a supply voltage probability distribution under the current sample size; searching within the sample database to obtain a supply voltage V1 corresponding to the maximum probability distribution value, connecting the supply voltage V1 to a target mixer of which an effective supply voltage needs to be calculated, and measuring and determining whether a frequency conversion characteristic of the target mixer satisfies a requirement: if yes, the supply voltage V1 is the effective supply voltage of the target mixer, and searching is ended, otherwise, searching is continued till a supply voltage Vn is obtained to enable the frequency conversion characteristic of the target mixer to satisfy the requirement, the supply voltage Vn is the effective supply voltage of the target mixer, and searching is ended. According to the calculation method of the present invention, the effective supply voltage of the mixer is determined in combination with the principle of statistics, the accuracy is 98% or above, the calculation efficiency of the effective supply voltage of the mixer is greatly improved, and the quality requirement and speed requirement of the mixer in a batch production stage are satisfied.
