Abstract:
Provided is a mixture production apparatus such that the time for cooling a mixture preparation unit with a cooling unit can be reduced. The mixture production apparatus is provided with an agitator (4a) for rotating and mixing milk powder (PM) and a liquid (L) in a milk preparation pod (4), a cooling unit (30) for cooling the milk preparation pod (4) by blowing air into the milk preparation pod (4), a thermistor (TM) for detecting the temperature of milk (M) in the mild preparation pod (4), and a control unit (7) for controlling the agitator (4a). The control unit (7) varies the rotation of the agitator (4a) according to the temperature of the milk (M) detected by the thermistor (TM).
