Abstract:
Provided in the present utility model is an MMIC radio-frequency power amplifier. An amplifier chip unit is used for amplifying a single-ended input signal, and converting the single-ended input signal into two paths of differential input signals; an output LC Balun is used for converting and combining the two paths of differential input signals into a path of single-ended output signal; and the output LC Balun comprises a first LC unit, which is connected in series to a first path of differential input signal, and a second LC unit, which is connected in series to a second path of differential input signal; and a second and third harmonic notch network is used for performing second and third harmonic suppression on the single-ended output signal, and then outputting same to an output end. Compared with the prior art, the MMIC radio-frequency power amplifier of the present utility model has high output power, a good harmonic suppression effect and high reliability.
