Abstract:
A network apparatus (20) comprises: a managing unit (22) configured to manage in such a manner that a plurality of second cells provided in a second communication system are associated with the respective ones of priority levels that are weighed according to whether the connections to the respective ones of the plurality of second cells were successful; and a selecting unit (23) configured to select, based on the priority levels associated with the respective ones of the plurality of second cells, a connection destination cell, to which a mobile communication terminal is to be connected, out of the plurality of second cells.
