Provided in the present invention is a mobile device for improving respiratory muscles of a patient, comprising: a rack; a mounting arm, a first end of the mounting arm being disposed on the rack; a first clamping member rotatably disposed on a second end of the mounting arm, the first clamping member having a first connecting portion and the first clamping member being used for clamping the left arm of the patient; a second clamping member rotatably disposed on the second end of the mounting arm and corresponding to the position of the first clamping member, the second clamping member having a second connecting portion and the second clamping member being used for the right arm of the patient; and a driving device provided on the rack, the driving device being respectively connected to the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion and being used for driving the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion to rotate relative to the mounting arm, such that the first clamping member drives the left arm and the second clamping member drives the right arm to perform double-arm stretching and folding motion.
