Abstract:
A mobile device that moves on a rail and comprises a drive unit for driving the mobile device on the rail and a power source for supplying power to the drive unit, the power source having a power receiving electrode unit that receives power from a power transmitting electrode unit provided along the rail, and the power receiving electrode unit having a contact part that makes contact with the power transmitting electrode and is extensible and contractible in a direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the mobile device.
