Abstract:
A first claw member (12) allows a seat (8) to move in a direction (forward direction) toward a dynamometer (3) when an end of the first claw member (12) is inside a croze (7), and restricts the seat (8) from moving in a direction (rearward direction) away from the dynamometer (3). A second claw member (13) restricts the seat (8) from moving in the direction (forward direction) toward the dynamometer (3) when an end of the second claw member (13) is inside the croze (7), and allows the seat (8) to move in the direction (rearward direction) away from the dynamometer (3).
