Abstract:
This mobile driver's license issuing device comprises: an identification unit that combines an applicant's first biometric authentication information pre-stored in a driver's license information storage device connected to a dedicated line, second biometric authentication information obtained by capturing an image of the applicant in real time, and the applicant's third biometric authentication information retained by an IC driver's license owned by the applicant, on the basis of preset combination information, and performs an applicant identification process for each combination; and an issuing unit that issues, to a terminal owned by the applicant, who has been successfully identified, mobile driver's license information generated on the basis of the applicant's driver's license information acquired from the driver's license information storage device so as to store the mobile driver's license information in a storage area of the terminal.
