Disclosed is a mobile hard disk having a cellphone authentication recognition function. The mobile hard disk comprises a wireless recognition receiving device and a mobile memory, wherein the wireless recognition receiving device and the mobile memory in the mobile hard disk are connected to a wireless recognizer transmitting device which is set in a cellphone. The mobile hard disk can be connected to and used for recognizing a Bluetooth module built in the mobile hard disk via a Bluetooth module of a carry-on cellphone, so that online authorization management and encryption operation conducted on the mobile hard disk are realized, the one-to-one correspondence authorization binding between the cellphone and the mobile hard disk is achieved, and the security of data in the mobile hard disk is effectively protected. After realizing the pairing of Bluetooth modules via one-time setting of the mobile hard disk, the authentication recognition of the mobile hard disk can be realized without operation of the cell phone.
