Abstract:
[Problem] Mobile information terminals in the related art have a problem in that it is difficult to obtain high-quality recording results when recording abdominal sounds using the mobile information terminals. [Solution] A mobile information terminal 6, which has two or more microphones and is used when recording abdominal sounds of a user by bringing a sound collecting unit near one of the two or more microphones into contact with the user's abdomen, comprises: a determination unit 47 that determines whether a predetermined control condition regarding recording abdominal sounds is satisfied; and a microphone control unit 48 that controls one or more microphones among the two or more microphones when it is determined that the control conditions are satisfied. With the mobile information terminal 6, high-quality recording results of abdominal sounds can be obtained.
