Embodiments of the present application provide a mobile node configuration method and a donor device. The method comprises: according to first information of a mobile node, a first donor-CU reconfigures second information in a mobile region for the mobile node; and a second donor-CU receives the second information sent by the first donor-CU and reconfigured for the mobile node, and sends the second information to a DU of the mobile node.
