A mobile phone having a light irradiation function, according to the present invention, comprises: a main body equipped with a screen portion, an operation portion, a receiving portion, and a camera portion; a light irradiation module which is arranged at the upper end of the front surface of the main body with the receiving portion and the camera portion at the center; and a control portion for adjusting the wavelength band of a laser beam that is introduced into the light irradiation module, wherein the light irradiation module can irradiate the laser beams from a plurality of wavelength band sections. The present invention can achieve the effect of conveniently accelerating hair growth and prevent hair loss regardless of time and space, and can enhance the function of treating hair loss and the body by selecting and irradiating the wavelength from a band appropriate for biorhythm, by means of combining various laser wavelength bands.
