Abstract:
A mobile phone screen defect detection system based on ultrasonic spray, comprising a feed section (1), a detection section (2) and a discharge section (3) which are connected in sequence. A roller bed conveyer line (4) is arranged in both the detection section (2) and the discharge section (3). Partition rings (5) are arranged on the roller bed of the roller bed conveyer line (4). A spray chamber (6) and a vision detection chamber (7) are arranged in sequence in the detection section (2) along the mobile phone screen conveying direction. An ionic wind assembly (8) and a spray assembly (9) are arranged in sequence in the spray chamber (6) along the mobile phone screen conveying direction. A camera (10) and a light source (11) are arranged in the vision detection chamber (7). The light source (11) coordinates with the camera (10) to shoot a light source projection image on a mobile phone screen. A multi-shaft mechanical arm (12) is arranged in both the feed section (1) and the discharge section (3).
