It is possible to further reduce the device size including thickness in a mobile radio device having a built-in antenna. A mobile telephone (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a circuit substrate (70) having a reference potential pattern and an electronic part; and a case body (60) formed by a conductive first case unit (62) arranged so as to cover the electronic part and electrically communicating with the reference potential pattern and a non-conductive second case unit (64) arranged continuously with the first case unit (62) and having an non-conductive second case unit (64) arranged at the outer brim of the circuit substrate (70). An antenna element (66) is arranged at the portion layered on the second case unit (64) in a flexible wiring substrate (50).
