Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mobile robot which can provide running stability while running over a mound, such as a threshold, and stably perform rotation at the same position where a rotation radius is minimized. The present invention provides a mobile robot comprising: a body; a first and a second wheel installed under the body; and a driving part for providing a driving force to the first and the second wheel, wherein a line connecting the centers of the mobile robot and the first wheel forms an acute angle with respect to a progressing direction of the mobile robot, and a line connecting the centers of the mobile robot and the second wheel forms an obtuse angle with respect to the progressing direction thereof.
