Abstract:
A mobile solid state disk (1), comprising a circuit substrate (10), a power supply management module (20), a plurality of Flash storage modules (30), a master control module (40), an interface conversion module (80), a golden finger interface (50) and a packaging layer (60). The power supply management module (20) is arranged on the circuit substrate (10); the plurality of Flash storage modules (30) are arranged on the circuit substrate (10) and are electrically connected to the power supply management module (20); the master control module (40) is arranged on the circuit substrate (10) and is electrically connected to the power supply management module (20) and the plurality of Flash storage modules (30); the interface conversion module (80) is connected to the master control module (40) for the conversion of a SATA signal and a USB signal; the golden finger interface (50) is arranged on a surface of the circuit substrate (10); and the packaging layer (60) packages the power supply management module (20), the plurality of Flash storage modules (30) and the master control module (40) on the other surface of the circuit substrate (10), so that the various modules are structurally stable. The mobile solid state disk is resistant to acid and base, is waterproof and dustproof, and has long service life and small size.
