Abstract:
Provided is a mobile terminal device whereby at the time of an incoming alert, while personal information can be prevented from being viewed by another person, a user himself/herself can easily verify the caller.
A mobile telephone is provided with a display (21), a memory (200) which stores other party information wherein at least a name of the other party is associated with his/her telephone number or e-mail address, and a display control unit (101) which controls the display at the time of an incoming alert of a telephone call or an e-mail. At the time of an incoming alert, whether the mobile telephone has been moved in a preset pattern is determined on the basis of the output from an acceleration sensor (12). When it is moved in the preset pattern, the display control unit (101) displays the name of the other party in the other party information on a display (21).
