Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electronic device including a mobile terminal and a case to which the mobile terminal is coupled, and a method of controlling the electronic device. In the electronic device according to the present invention, which includes a mobile terminal and a case to which the mobile terminal is coupled, the mobile terminal comprises: a terminal body coupled to the case; a memory disposed in the terminal body; and a first display unit coupled to the case, and the case comprises: a first body formed so as to accommodate at least a portion of the terminal body; a second body in which a second display unit is disposed; and a wiring unit formed to electrically connect the first body and the second body and to transfer data received from the mobile terminal to the second display unit, wherein a control unit of the mobile terminal generates a substack including a task involving the second display unit on the basis of whether the second display unit is activated.
