Abstract:
In order to solve the problem that occurs when a mobile terminal using a camera using a liquid lens method is driven in a low temperature state, the mobile terminal comprises: a liquid lens for adjusting the focal length of a camera by adjusting the diopter according to the applied voltage; a storage unit for storing the focal length according to the applied voltage for two or more reference temperatures, and an effective voltage range corresponding to an effective focal length range for two or more reference temperatures; and a controller for compensating the effective voltage range on the basis of the temperature measured by a temperature sensor. The controller shift-compensates the effective voltage range when the measured temperature is at least a first threshold temperature, wherein the amount of shift is a value obtained by applying an interpolation method to the amount of shift at the two or more reference temperatures, and the effective voltage range is extension-compensated when the measured temperature is less than the first threshold temperature.
