Abstract:
This mobile terminal comprises a triaxial acceleration sensor, an identification unit for identifying acceleration that has been detected by the triaxial acceleration sensor and has been caused by the sudden braking of a vehicle, and a determination unit for, if the identification unit identifies acceleration that has been caused by the sudden braking of the vehicle, determining the travel direction of the vehicle on the basis of the acceleration that has been caused by the sudden braking of the vehicle.
