Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mobile-type biomass pyrolysis and activation partition coupling method and an apparatus, a primary structure of the apparatus comprising a pyrolysis reaction chamber, an activation reaction chamber, and an activation gas generator. In the pyrolysis reaction chamber, pyrolysis is performed on a biomass raw material, and pyrolysis gas and biochar are obtained; in the activation gas generator, the pyrolysis gas is ignited and amply combusted with the aid of combustion-assisting air, and activation gas water vapor and carbon dioxide are obtained; and in the activation reaction chamber, the biochar is activated under the action of the activation gas, and activated carbon is obtained. A process and a method for self-activation of biochar provided in the present invention achieves an objective of the highly efficient utilization of biomass and the integration of biomass pyrolysis and activation for rapid preparation of activated carbon. Problems in existing pyrolysis technology of poor pyrolysis reaction quality, difficulty in the utilization of pyrolysis gas, and excessive costs and a certain process being cumbersome in a biochar activation process are solved.
