Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a mobility control method, a terminal, and a network side device. The mobility control method of embodiments of the present application comprises: if a terminal is configured with a first cell and at least one candidate cell, the terminal performs one of the following: determining a selected cell from the at least one candidate cell according to a network energy-saving state of the first cell and/or a network energy-saving state of the at least one candidate cell, and applying condition reconfiguration parameters corresponding to the selected cell; and if a candidate cell in the at least one candidate cell enters a network sleep state, performing a first operation, the first operation comprising at least one of the following: deleting the condition reconfiguration parameters corresponding to the candidate cell entering the network sleep state; not performing or delaying performing a condition reconfiguration evaluation operation on the candidate cell entering the network sleep state; and indicating to a network side the candidate cell entering the network sleep state.
