Abstract:
The present application provides a mobility management method and an apparatus. The method comprises: a first network device sends condition handover configuration information of a terminal device to a second network device; after acquiring a mobility report, the first network device sends a first message to the second network device, and requests the condition handover configuration information of the terminal device; and the first network device receives a response message of the first message from the second network device. The method and apparatus of the present embodiment may enable the network device to obtain mobility parameters that need to be optimized. Further, reasonable mobility management may be performed, mobility robustness is improved, and the user experience is improved.
