Provided are a model identification method and apparatus for an industrial control system, a device and a storage medium, relating to the technical field of model calculation. The method comprises: acquiring input data and output data when an industrial control system operates (S210); determining an estimated model of the industrial control system on the basis of the input data and the output data, performing external disturbance detection on the estimated model of the industrial control system and removing external disturbance from the input data and the output data (S220); performing regularization processing on the input data and the output data of the industrial control system from which external disturbance is removed, to obtain a regularized high-order model of the industrial control system (S230); and performing model order reduction and model correction processing on the regularized high-order model of the industrial control system, to obtain a model identification result of the industrial control system (S240). The model identification method for an industrial control system can improve the accuracy of the identification result.
