Abstract:
Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for model selection and switching. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may perform compressed communication between the UE and a network entity using a first model, determine a condition based at least in part on channel state information and one or more rules, transmit an identifier associated with a second model to the network entity based at least in part on the condition, and perform compressed communication between the UE and the network entity using the second model.
