Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a model training method, a video encoding method, and a video decoding method. The model training method comprises: obtaining reference sample frames and a plurality of consecutive sample frames to be encoded; performing deformation processing on the reference sample frames by means of a generator in an initial generative model to generate reconstructed sample frames; inputting each reconstructed sample frame and a corresponding sample frame to be encoded into a first discriminator in the initial generative model to obtain a first discrimination result; according to a timestamp order, stitching the sample frames to be encoded to obtain a stitched sample frame to be encoded, and stitching the reconstructed sample frames to obtain a stitched reconstructed sample frame; inputting the stitched sample frame to be encoded and the stitched reconstructed sample frame into a second discriminator in the initial generative model to obtain a second discrimination result; and obtaining an adversarial loss value on the basis of the first discrimination result and the second discrimination result, and training the initial generative model on the basis of the adversarial loss value. According to the present application, a reconstructed video frame sequence and a video frame sequence to be encoded are kept consistent in time domain, thereby improving the quality of reconstruction.
