A modeling method and apparatus for a horizontal well, and an electronic device and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: establishing a well trajectory of a target stratum according to a motion trajectory of an actual well; obtaining stratum occurrence data according to logging inclination angle data of the actual well, and performing occurrence domain division on the stratum occurrence data in the target stratum, so as to obtain a first occurrence domain of the target stratum; establishing a near-well construction model according to the well trajectory of the target stratum and the first occurrence domain of the target stratum; obtaining a second occurrence domain of the target stratum according to the near-well construction model, the well trajectory of the target stratum and pre-stack depth domain seismic data; and if it is determined that the first occurrence domain of the target stratum matches the second occurrence domain of the target stratum, confirming that the pre-stack depth domain seismic data is accurate. The modeling apparatus is used for executing the modeling method. By means of the modeling method and apparatus for a horizontal well, the drilling rate in an individual well reservoir is improved.
