Abstract:
A modified composite textile fabric and a preparation method therefor. The composite textile fabric comprises a skin-friendly layer fabric and a reinforced layer fabric which are bonded and compounded, wherein the reinforced layer fabric is formed by means of modified polyester fiber, spandex fiber and cotton fiber being uniformly mixed and then being spun into yarn. When a compounding device is used for compounding, the reinforced layer fabric is firstly unwound by means of an unwinding structure, is guided through a first guide roller and a second guide roller, and then is conveyed to a heating structure; the reinforced layer fabric is heated by an electric heating pipe fixedly arranged on a pressing cover; and then an adhesive is sprayed out through a spray head arranged at the bottom of a spray head mounting disk. By means of the present application, the curing of adhesive particles can be accelerated, and the situation of the adhesive particles being transferred in a wide range, and thus the hand feeling of the formed fabric being affected is avoided; and moreover, high-temperature and high-pressure air is blown from a hot air box upwards, such that the adhesive particles can be prevented from being transferred downward, under the influence of gravity, to the skin-friendly layer fabric, thus the softness of the composite textile fabric is also improved.
