Abstract:

The present invention relates to a modified conjugated diene-based polymer, a method for preparing same, and a rubber composition comprising same. The modified conjugated diene-based polymer according to the present invention has narrow molecular weight distribution, comprises a certain amount of S atoms in the polymer, and comprises a unit derived from an N-containing aromatic hydrocarbon compound and a unit derived from an S-containing aromatic hydrocarbon compound or an S-containing heterocyclic compound.
