Abstract:
A modified conjugated diene polymer wherein: the proportion of a coupling polymer by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) is at least 30% by mass and less than 70% by mass of the whole modified conjugated diene polymer; the rate of modification by adsorption GPC is at least 30% by mass and less than 70% by mass of the whole modified conjugated diene polymer; (Mp1/Mp2) ≥ 3.4 when the peak top molecular weight of the coupling polymer by GPC of the modified conjugated diene polymer is Mp1 and the peak top molecular weight of an uncoupling polymer is Mp2; and the shrinkage factor (g') is less than 0.60.
