Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of flame retardants in a polyurethane synthesis system, and provides a modified graphene flame retardant containing flame-retardant elements and double bonds and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises: first performing ball milling on graphite flakes and sodium chloride; then adding p-aminostyrene and 6-pteridine amine, mixing and ball milling; and finally, adding nitrite, mixing and grinding, and obtaining the modified graphene flame retardant containing flame-retardant elements and double bonds by washing and vacuum drying. The modified graphene flame retardant contains graphene. 6-pteridine amine and p-aminostyrene are linked to the graphene by means of chemical groups, the carbon-carbon double bonds of the modified graphene flame retardant are introduced into polymeric polyol, and after a polyurethane product is prepared from the polymeric polyol, the flame retardant effect of the polyurethane product is relatively good.
