A modified graphene oxide regenerated cellulose composite fiber and a preparation method therefor. The regenerated cellulose composite fiber comprises: 85-99% of regenerated cellulose pulp treatment fluid and 0.1-15% of a modified graphene oxide solution, and the ratio of solid content of cellulose in the regenerated cellulose pulp treatment fluid to solid content of modified graphene oxide in the modified graphene oxide solution is 100:0.01-5. The modified graphene oxide solution is prepared, the microcapsule technology is adopted for treating the modified graphene oxide solution, the dispersity of modified graphene oxide is improved, and finally regenerated cellulose spinning technology is adopted for preparation. The modified graphene oxide regenerated cellulose composite fiber guarantees the anti-microbial, anti-mite, far-infrared, anti-ultraviolet and other excellent performance of modified graphene oxide on the basis of the original performance of regenerated cellulose fiber; the product is functionally washable, safe and environmentally friendly, individual post-treatment technology is not needed, and the current requirements on functional, comfortable, and healthy textiles for people can be better satisfied.
