Abstract:
Provided are a modified immunoglobulin single variable domain, and a protein or polypeptide comprising same. The modified immunoglobulin single variable domain has reduced binding to a pre-anti-drug antibody. Specifically, the C terminal of the immunoglobulin single variable domain comprises amino acid modification. The present invention further relates to an immunoglobulin single variable domain, the pharmaceutical use of a protein or polypeptide comprising same, a pharmaceutical composition, an encoding nucleic acid, and a preparation method.
