Abstract:
A modified Y-type molecular sieve, a catalytic cracking catalyst comprising same, and preparation therefor and application thereof. The modified Y-type molecular sieve has 4-11 wt% of rare earth when calculated as oxide, 0.05-10 wt% of phosphorus when calculated as P2O5, 0.5 wt% or less of sodium when calculated as sodium oxide, 0.1-2.5 wt% of gallium when calculated as gallium oxide, and 0.1-2.5 wt% of zirconium when calculated as zirconium oxide. The total pore volume of the molecular sieve is 0.36-0.48 mL/g, and 2-100 nm secondary pores account for 20-40% of the total pore volume. The cell constant is 2.440-2.455 nm, and the collapse temperature is 1060°C or more. The non-framework aluminum accounts for 10% or less of the total aluminum content. In the strong acid content, the ratio of B acid content to L acid content is 3.5 or more. When used for processing hydrogenated LCO, the catalyst has a high LCO conversion rate, low coke selectivity, high yield of gasoline rich with BTX aromatic hydrocarbon, high propylene yield, and high propylene concentration in liquefied gas.
