Abstract:
A modifying and dyeing method of fiber material is provided for the textile printing and dyeing industry. It's characterized in that the prepolymer comprising an active hydrogen and the prepolymer comprising a reactive functional group are added to the fiber material, the prepolymers are linked to a macromolecular chain polymer by chemical reaction between the prepolymers, and the macromolecular chain polymer is cured on the fiber material, the nitrogen content of the macromolecular chain polymer is 5-45%, the prepolymer includes at least one kind of active hydrogen group such as hydroxyl, amido and imido group etc., and at least one kind ofreactive functional group such as isocyanate (including those containing protecting group), epoxy group, chloromethyl, hydroxymethyl, cyclic amido, polybasic carboxylic acid and 3-hydroxyl nitrogen heterocycle butane group etc.. After modifying, the fiber material is carried on dyeing with the anion dye or the coating without using salt, alkali and urea by the conventional method. The method of the invention is simple, the utilization ratio of the dye is high, and the use level of the assistant is few. The production cost is reduced, the massive energy is saved, and the environment pollution is reduced.
