Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of prefabricated buildings. Disclosed are a modular assembled house and a construction method therefor. The present invention comprises keel support frames and a building shell. The building shell is formed by combining several bottom panels, side panels and roof panels, the bottom panels, the side panels and the roof panels being pressure-casted modular panels; the keel support frames are single-span double-slope door-type steel structural frames, and arranged at intervals along a horizontal central axis of a house; each keel support frame comprises two inclined columns arranged symmetrically, roof beams and connecting assemblies; the top ends of the inclined columns are detachably connected to the roof beams by means of side connecting assemblies; the roof beams include a first roof beam and a second roof beam arranged symmetrically, and the two roof beams are detachably connected by means of a top connecting assembly; and the pressure-casted modular panels are detachably connected. The invention facilitates assembly and disassembly, and all modules can be reused and have good connection firmness.
