A modular building provided with an air duct, the modular building comprising: multiple walls (4), which comprise partition walls (41) and side walls (42); a roof (3), which is connected to upper end portions of the side walls (42); a floor (7), wherein the roof (3), the multiple walls (4) and the floor (7) enclose a main body structure of the modular building with the air duct; a suspended ceiling board (5); a hot air return channel (S2), wherein at least part of the hot air return channel (S2) is formed between the suspended ceiling board (5) and the roof (3), and the hot air return channel (S2) is used for discharging high-temperature air inside the modular building with the air duct to the outside of the modular building with the air duct; a stand column (1), which extends in a vertical direction (H); and a cross beam (2), which extends in a horizontal direction (L) and is connected to an upper end portion of the stand column (1), wherein the cross beam (2) is arranged outside a space defined by the multiple walls (4). Further provided are a modular data center and a modular building group.
